For areas outside our delivery zones, simply select the “Custom Quote” shipping and “Quote Only” payment methods during checkout.

*Please note: Minimum purchase is $2000 for all orders requiring a custom quote.

*Unfortunately in most cases freight rates are just too high for regional areas outside capital cities to make it financially viable to ship.

Local Pickup

Collect from one of our warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne

*PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouses are not open to the public like a shop. They are only available for the collection of orders purchased online.

All stock is kept in our Brisbane warehouse. While pickup is free from our Melbourne and Sydney warehouses, please allow 3–5 business days for the stock to get there.

We’ll prepare your order and send collection instructions within 48 business hours.

Delivery Process

• We will pack your order and send you the tracking number and courier company details.
• For delivery timing or rescheduling, please contact the courier company directly.
• Deliveries are made by a single driver in a mid-size truck equipped with a tailgate and pallet jack.
• The truck requires ample parking space and a clear path to your driveway or curb for the pallet jack and pallet of pots.
• The driver cannot leave his truck unattended, will not get the pallet up stairs, a lift, or unpack your pallet.
• The pallet and all packaging materials will be left at your address.

Returns/Insurance

Your planters are fully insured against damage during transit. Please notify us immediately if you notice any issues.

Additionally, they come with a reassuring 3-year warranty for your peace of mind.
