While Sigma Planters welcomes all customers, our operations are tailored for trade professionals and bulk orders. To ensure your items arrive safely, all orders are shipped on pallets, which incurs fixed warehouse and freight costs.
We absorb these costs for larger orders; however, the following fees apply to smaller purchases:
- Orders under $1,200: $55 fee
- Orders under $500: $120 fee
Note: These charges do not apply to sample tiles.
