Delivery Process

We will give you a call once your order is in your city’s depot and schedule a suitable day and time window for delivery.

There is only one driver in the truck so planters over 15kg will need to have someone able-bodied to help the driver unload.

The pallet and all packaging materials will be left at you address.


Sigma Planters offer a 3-year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all our planters.

Warranty is for structural defects; fading and hairline cracks are to be expected and are not covered.

*Please note these ranges are designed to sit on a flat even surface. They will drain adequately like this and feet are not needed to assist drainage. If you wish to add feet the planters need to be fully supported across the base otherwise bowing may occur and any warranty will be void.


Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns. The reason for this is that returns nearly always come back with scratches and we can’t resell then, so hence have to decline a refund – which causes a very awkward and disappointing conversation.


Our insurance covers the products only and guarantees do not include freight for replacement or removal of the damaged goods.
