Orders are sent from our warehouse in Brisbane. We should be able to get most orders out to you within 2 weeks.
All large orders are sent on a pallet via a tail gate truck that has a hydraulic lift on the back, the driver will be able to move your goods on a pallet jack along any flat and even surface for up to about 10 meters from where the truck can get access to. They will not be able to unpack and position your planters.

Our website has a shipping calculator that will give you a quote based on your postcode. It is a flat rate so regardless of how much you order the shipping will be the same for that particular postcode. If your address is not in our pricing table or you require a more specialised freight service it will automatically choose “Custom Freight Quote”. Proceed to checkout and chose the “Quote Only” method of payment. We will get back to you with a quote.

Sigma Planters offer a 3-year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all our planters
Warranty is for structural defects; fading and hairline cracks are to be expected and are not covered.
*Please note these ranges are designed to sit on a flat even surface. They will drain adequately like this and feet are not needed to assist drainage. If you wish to add feet the planters need to be fully supported across the base otherwise bowing may occur and any warranty will be void.
In addition, once you get your order and if the goods are not to your satisfaction for any reason you may return the items in “as new” condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days. You will however be responsible for the cost of freight to return the order to our warehouse plus a 15% restocking fee. Once we get them back to our warehouse we will inspect for damage and if there are no scratches we will refund less the 15%. If there are any scratches we cannot refund at all.
Our insurance covers the products only and guarantees do not include freight for replacement or removal of the damaged goods.
